If you are interested in etching your Metal Journal, check out our Etching Tank

This book was made from our warm red brass

Funky, arty, cool, industrial, pretty, plain, elaborate - it's your choice with this fun kit! You'll start with all the basics and your choice of Idea Books and from there let your mind go! Creativity is the name of the game with this kit! Be sure to check out the Idea Center to see what others have done with our Metal Journal book kits.

You have your choice of booklets in your kit. Our original Metal Journal Idea Book is full of tips for using tools and general ideas for decorating your metal and leather. Our new Metal Etching How-To and Idea Book contains everything you need to know to etch incredible designs into the metal covers of your book. Note: the etching process requires Ferric Chloride (available at most computer stores such as Radio Shack and Fry's Electronics).

Copper and Brass! Our Metal and Leather Journal Kits are also available with warm copper or brass covers! The finished journals have a wonderful warm look to them yet they are just as beautiful and versatile as our original white brass covers. The copper covers are slightly thicker so that they are just as durable as the brass or white brass covers.

Too many options? We put together a worksheet to help you decide.

Each of our Metal and Leather Journal Kits comes with your choice of 3 "distressed" leather colors; dark brown or black/gold floral. Colors may vary from those shown but we will stay within the color range of your request.
